Lightmap UV Overlaping - But object has an Lightmap UV

I’m having this weird problems witch I don’t know how is happening.
I’m making this building kit set, and I’m importing pieces to my scene. All pieces were imported with “Generate Lightmap” option on. But there are to pieces that, even with a secondary UV for the lightmap, and that uv set to receive lightmaps, I get an overlapping error.

Both 4.24 and 4.24 versions of the engine.

I think I found out the problems, and may be Maya related.

Ok, its fixed. It was a Maya issue, I had some duplicated faces. Also, I had to delete and re-import the asset from my scene. Reimporting was not working.
