Skylight with no shadows, maybe need to enable skylight leaking if using lumen.

Realtime capture is not necessary, it’s meant to recapture the atmosphere every frame for time of day changes. If you just want uniform lighting then add a cubemap to the skylight and don’t use realtime capture, set it to movable so that it will not be baked, and disable cast shadows on it.
