Hi guys,
Im creating an apartment interior. I’m just wondering what are the tips and tricks to add more light within the scene. At the moment I have a skylight and a directional light with light portals in the windows and a lightmass importance volume. The light simulation seems to be looking correct and the light seems to be behaving as it would it real life I just want to add more/make it brighter as it gets too dark towards the back of the scene. I’m trying to create the sunny day flooded with white light feel.
I’ve uploaded two images. The darker one with little to no auto exposure adjustments and the second with alot of adjustment. The lighting is brighter but it doesn’t feel natural to me. It feels too bleached.
Should I be leaving the light as is it but start playing with the exposure and post pro settings? or do the indirect lighting settings have any effect on the amount/intensity of the lighting? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
