Lighting problems - black artifacts and bugged lighting

Hi,
I’m getting some weird stuff happening on my project and I have no idea what I might have done for it to happen.
Basically my lighting isn’t baking properly, it became super dark and contrasty like there is no GI at all even though my lights are stationary. But some parts of it will display a correct bake, but only on very specific places because if I rotate just a bit it goes bad again. Also my landscape is rendering like this image but not all of it. Anyone able to help me?

What you are seeing are 3 identical trees but one set to static one to stationary and one to movable. Was trying to see if that solved it but not really. Also it’s not just that geometry, even the house roof which is basically a box has the same problem.

For some reason it seems that my project isn’t generating/baking any GI anymore and has very weird displaying problems. If you look at the internal images, one looks fine but I rotate just a bit to the side and that’s what I get still in Lit mode.

I can’t share the scene as is becuse of confidentiality on the project.

I’ve deleted Intermediate, Saved, DerivedCache, Clean and Validated Swarm, Verify Unreal, try to bake with lighting as static instead and nothing. Still the same result. Started a blank project and brought in the tree asset and it’s fine there.
