I am getting some odd lighting on curved walls. I was just wondering why this is happening and how I go about fixing this? Thanks.
Are you using BSP/Geometry Brushes for your meshes in this scene?
The lighting disparity you’re seeing is that there are no smoothing groups to smooth the curved surface for each polygon face.
If this is a static mesh you created in your modeling software you’ll need export and put those faces in a smoothing group.
If this is a BSP/Geometry brush you’ll need to first convert it to static mesh. Then you’ll want to do the step above.
