Hey I am coming across this weird issue when I build lights, I am trying to import these models without generating light maps and using my own UVs.
Looks like your lightmap resolution is still the default 64 which is quite low, also check the mesh around the window frame because that one looks low too.
Jesus… I was changing the “Min Lightmap Resolution” which doesnt actually contribute to the quality of the shadows.
Changing “Light map Resolution” under “General Settings” of the object actually made a difference.

Right, there’s build settings for a mesh which is what it uses for building auto lightmap UV’s and that can make it confusing since those settings are similar
