Light Shaft Problem on Borderless Window

If I set my project’s screen setting to Borderless Window and set the screen resolution any other than my native desktop resolution, the light shafts from sun go directly in a single direction instead of every directions. Is there any way to solve this issue?

This is a known issue and has been reported previously as UE-17199. It should be corrected in the 4.9 release of the engine, you can test for yourself by checking out the 4.9 Preview release. Please remember we do not recommend that you move any active development to 4.9 yet, but you can confirm that the issue will be resolved with the full release.
