Light Prop TOD Scalars not working?

The Light Intensity Over Time of Day adjustments seem to have no effect. Anyone successfully able to control nighttime scene lighting?

hmm. And the yacht ceiling light has not emissive, so the light is completely un-motivated at night (but it also doesn’t have the TOD controls)

I’m also trying to use the Spotlight BlackMonday prop as a landscape light, and it doesn’t appear to be working no matter I try to do
