Light Mapping inside Unreal - Light Paths

Hi guys! I was wondering how would you approach a Light Mapping inside Unreal Engine.

For light mapping i mean the one you see projecting on buildings and stuff in real life.

The first idea of course is with a video texture, but actually i don’t think is gonna suit me because my building inside unreal is made by many different assets in many different 3d positions and it won’t suit a single video texture.

IS there a way to animate a light on a path making it continuous (not a single point for instance but a growing one)?
