Light Flicker Function Not Working

I made a light flicker material and applied it as a light function but despite showing the flicker in the material editor, the light itself does not flicker. It only shines as normal. Is anyone else having this problem?

Make sure the material’s domain is Light Function

[Impudent_Swine (Snow Zone)]

It is but it just doesn’t show up for some reason. The material is fine, but it just doesn’t apply to the light >.>
