I have a decal light that flickers on and off every 3 seconds. The problem is that it stays on for 3 seconds then stays off for 3 seconds. What I’m trying to do is have the decal flick on and then off after about half a second but then stay off for 3 seconds and repeat. Is there any way to do this?
