Light baking doesn't match viewport


Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can explain to me if there are ways to bake light and achieve a level of detail close to the picture I’ve included on the right. The left shows a production quality bake with many of the lightmass settings adjusted for better results. It seems that the highlights don’t appear no matter what I adjust. Is there other settings I should be adjusting to get better results? The image on the right is a snippet of the active viewport.
