We recommend the iClone 6 Studio Pipeline Suite, it’s 700$, but you get all the tools you need: Character Creator to make the models, iClone to animate/pose them, 3DXchange to export to fbx. You also get the Complete Bundle, which has a bunch of very useful extra customization options for Character Creator. The Kinect Mocap plugin should also be useful, but we haven’t tried it yet.
