Strange, my entire post didn’t show up.

What I tried to say was, I have already contacted support via the contact form. After the initial reply I got no other replies or updates whatsoever.

Even filling up the form again I got no further replies.

I don’t understand why this is so.

I have submitted what must be my third or fourth enquiry via the contact form to ask for an official price quote.

Unfortunately time is of the essence and although I find RC to be one of the best packages out there, if I still don’t get any response I will have to look for alternative solutions.

I have found only 1 ticket no. 325 395 005 from 2017-08-18 in which you were asking for a reseller, based on your name, and it was sent a reply; I would need your e-mail address(es) provided in our contact form to check it fully,

however, if you cannot get any message from us after trying several times, then your e-mail service provider may be blocked in ours because somebody has misused your provider to send spam; you could easily overcome this by providing us with/writing us from an e-mail from a different e-mail provider when using our contact form;
