(Licensing Doubt) Unreal created content used in Unity project

Hello,

I’m a freelancer and one of my clients is requesting a video of a village scene.

I mostly work with Unreal and Epic’s Store assets for my personal projects and freelancing and never had an issue.

But this specific client is making a Unity game, and he is planning to use that video on their game.

Am I allowed to create such a video for them? Are they allowed to use that video in their Unity game? Of course, they won’t have access to the Unreal Scene, the Epic Store assets, or any Epic technology, I’ll be just providing them a 2D video rendered in Unreal.

I hope someone from the Epic Stuff can resolve my doubts,

Thank you so much.

I am not a lawyer, but Section 3b of the end user eula states:

b. Linear Media (e.g., Rendered Video Files)
You may freely Distribute Licensed Content incorporated into rendered linear media products.

So yes should be well within the eula
