Licenses are not recognized during activation...

I have a Full+Batch licenses (can activate floating option if necessary).
RC1.3 is installed on a fresh Win11 laptop with all updates.

However, when I go to activate, I receive a (lovely) green bar with the message below.

I’ve tried everything I can think of, (activating/deactivating all possible options on the website) but nothing works…

Hi Dneg,
you need to remove the license manually from one computer if you want to use the license on another machine: Remove the license activation. When it doesn’t work please contact our support at support@capturingreality.com

Hi Thanks for reply, but I don’t want to remove license from 1 computer to other . My license is activated with same computer is shows on licesne on website too but its keep showing the same issue while launch reality capture
