Licensed Star Wars island unable to publish updates. Repeated 1.7 Respect IP rejections with no specific feedback

Summary

My Star Wars island, “VODE,” was successfully published on May 6th with the IP Partner Licensing Agreement accepted and the mandatory Disney disclaimer included in the description.

Since then, I have been unable to publish any updates due to repeated 1.7 Respect IP Ownership rejections on my metadata. I have changed the thumbnail multiple times without success and have received no specific feedback on which element is triggering the rejection.

My thumbnail uses a screenshot captured on my own island with Epic-provided Star Wars assets, no external or imported content.

I’ve seen similar issues reported, including “FORT-1096876” regarding AT-AT assets being flagged despite being officially provided. I’m wondering if there’s a thumbnail caching issue or if licensed Star Wars island creators are being incorrectly flagged by automated moderation.

Any guidance on how to identify the specific trigger or escalate to human review would be greatly appreciated.
