The License terms are confusing rather than previous marketplace terms.

I agree. It would take a team of lawyers to sort out all the new license options and how they are connected and not connected to use in previous and new projects in UE and TM. Especially for us small guys who do it mostly as a hobby but also are requested to provide a rendering or two to someone. Is the limit $100,000 , $1,000,000. and it who does it apply to beyond the person actually using UE or TM. Confusing as hell. I can use the previously used assets but now with so many restrictions and requirements, I am cautious about using ANYTHING from FAB now.
