License question: Can I implement parts of Unreal Engine 4 into Unity?

Hi,
I’m currently considering a very ambitous project. I would like to implement Unreal’s render Engine into Unity 5. I know I would have to rewrite the entire Material and Mesh pipeline in Unity, but I just don’t get along with unreal’s programming integration (recompile, recompile, recompile), so I think it might be worth it. I have no idea of law though. Is it legal to implement part of the software into a “rival” software? I do understand that I’d still have to pay the full Unreal fees/royalties.

Thanks,

I think the answer to this would be a no.

Read the EULA and ask this on the answer hub. I could be wrong

Definitely not
