I downloaded twinmotion in 2019, when they had the lifetime promotion. I changed my computer and I need to re-install it on my PC, but I can’t find the alternative to download the version that is in my account (lifetime) how can I follow?
Hello Thomas, if the 2019 version was downloaded from the Epic Games launcher, it should still be there when you log in with the same user’s account. Otherwise, you will need to upgrade. Sorry
