Licence-fees: Do I have to pay a licence-fee if I use the UE4 for a showcase scenario in my company?

Hi guys,

I have a question about the licence-fee. If my company wants to use UE4 to rebuild a model of an area in the production. It’s only for showcase purpose.
Do I have to pay a fee if I don’t want to sell this model, but to visualize the process for future customers?
And do I have to calculate the fee from the revenue of the whole company of the month?
