Licence extension/activation issue

Hi :slight_smile:
I have held a promo licence for three months which expires today. I have tried a number of times to extend/renew this licence both yesterday and today following the on-screen prompts. I had set the settings to auto-renewal to avoid any break in access/service/use, but this does not appear to be working…
Licence section says I do not have a current licence and shows no new replacement licence to activate…
I have raised the issue via the contact form over an hour ago but have had no response and cannot raise a ‘support ticket’ presumably because I have the lower promo level subscription…

Could someone at RC please invoice, take my cash and renew my licence so that I can carry on working?!
Surely I should not need to ‘repurchase’ as if I were a new customer when I follow the on-screen renew process? :shock:

Answering my own Q - transpires I do need to purchase a new licence from the website.
I think this could be made clearer - terminology ‘automatic renewal’ suggests automatic renewal via account, rather than new web purchase…

However, thanks RC for clarifying very quickly by email following previous post - excellent service.
The process is mega simple once purchased & my new licence is active.
