I know of a web team out of NY doing a stealth startup. They are looking to do a couple of free projects to be portfolio builders. They are looking for triple AAA level status, budgets are limited between 25-50k for website cost. If the site is done with a 25k budget, they can do 3 of them. So maximum combined budget of 75k.
