I’m offering my services enabling Perforce for small teams (<=5 users) in Google Cloud.
The free server has 1GB RAM and 30GB HDD and it’s located in USA, more than enough for starting a game properly sync to the cloud.
The rate for creating it and coordinating the requirements is $300 USD paid 50% in advance and 50% once finished via PayPal invoice. (not direct transfer, I need the invoices)
I give you the p4 settings in a batch file so you can set up it easily.
Which files you’ll submit and the revisions you’ll have could be set up too.
Prior requisites:
Create a Google Cloud account, that could take you some time, you’ll get like $200 or $300 for testing.

I can enable Helix Core Cloud too in Azure, which is paid for 1 up to “n” users.
That’s more time demanding for me and the rate is $450, requires more domain on your end setting the platform. I strongly recomend GCP.
