Im an ue5 developer, most of my experience has been creating games and apps for VR, desktop, Web (ue5 pixel streaming) and mobile, i also have published products on unreal engine marketplace.

This is a video of a kitchen designer made for web (ue5 with pixel streaming), made with Unreal Engine 5, Lumen illumination, materials from quixel and custom meshes. It allows users to create unique designs with tools like dragging/resizing/aligning/volume creation.
It also lets user create appliances , islands, shelves and racks.
Each object can be customized with multiple materials (like tops, middle and bottom parts), there are catalogs for meshes and materials and everything uses real world units.
It has a saving system which allows the creation of prebuilt kitchen templates with different styles.
