LF UE4 Programmer or Blueprinter

So being such a small team with limited time and resources this is why in the posting I put please have Teamviewer and Discord installed so that we can actually show the potential partner everything and talk about it and save us all a lot of time. I am no PR or recruitment guru but I am not really ready to open that floodgate yet it’s getting close but not just yet. Behind closed doors sure but publicly it’s still very rough around the edges & you can only make a first impression once. When some code issues get solved and we are attempting to do said then perhaps we would display some environments but not yet. ( In fact just got a soft yes for a coder to help just resolve these specific problems only )

How about some more overview information which I will append to the top of the post as well:

Game Name = Clan Conquest; we have trademarked it in America

Clan Conquest is a Team Oriented PvP Based Game, it’s not a Moba, it’s not a Shooter, it’s not a turn based game, it’s not a solely twitch based game, but there is a small element of twitch; it’s not about who can unload their damage first or a game that rewards one of pure offense. It’s not a game that is watered down so that the skill level can appeal to the masses. It is a game that will be easy to learn but never mastered it’s the thing that will keep you coming back to it. It’s a game solely based on Balanced Team composition, individual flexibility, positioning, communication and execution, IE teamwork.

There are 3 Different Team Sizes which is also the # of Que’s:

Solo Que = 4 Man Teams - Nothing much more to it, I am short on time or don’t have friends currently on I solo que. I keep going till the Team I got randomly generated with loses. The bigger the Streak we can put together the more renown/reward acquire or Get Displayed on the Leaderboards & Announced. Potentially 5 Game Modes of Play with 3 Variables Of the # of Teams being faced.

The Crusades = 6 Man Teams – Individual ELO Based Calculation, All Competing in a “NET” or Never Ending Tournament. Someone is always “live” holding the Apex King of the hill position at the Top of the pyramid tournament bracket style. A new round starts every 15 minutes and the king must hold the title or a new team is crowned champion, but for how long? The brackets expand depending upon the number of teams currently competing. Getting there will attempt to match like based ELO teams but once you get closer to the King of the hill all bets are off. Potentially 5 Game Modes of Play with 3 Variables Of the # of Teams being faced.

Clan Conquest = 8 Man Teams - Guild’s Only Ladder play. Ladder play does not weigh anything about individual at all just the teams wins / losses and ranks you verse other guilds on the ladder period. There is only 1 Game Mode for this play as well and I would say this is Clan Conquest’s purest form.

We wanted to do more PvE oriented Dungeons to hardcore ones that would simulate PvP environments and in more ways be harder than pvp play. However that would require much more AI then comes more levels and then more feature creep, with our size staff and budget etc we don’t think it’s possible. This is just a rough overview of the Que’s this doesn’t even cover the details of the gameplay, got to leave something to keep you coming back to eh?

As I have time and we still need a programmer I will continue to flesh this out to consider this my payment to bump this thread in hopes to acquire a dedicated programmer to the team.
