Level Streaming In A Animated Level

So im still new to level streaming and have alot to learn so this is more of a hypetitical question before i dig deep into this subject.

So in my level i have the main mesh controlled by Matinee or Level Sequencer, and its a fairly big level so im thinking of trying level streaming to help improve performance.

Im just curious is it possible to have the level streaming, the player say enter the new area to be streamed and it remember the position of the sequence?

For example, if im animating a house and i have two streaming volumes, one for inside and one for outside and then i animate it to slowly rotate, if the player enters the house will it still continue to rotate, or is this simply to much?

Just curious if this is possible or not, any help is greatly appreciated!
