Level Sequencer - change track properties from blueprint

Hello, is there any way how to to access to sequencer tracks and change their properties (activate/deactivate tracks)?
Exactly, In my sequencer, I have two tracks in loop (have to be in sequencer because of other stuff), but I need to make event for activate/deactivate track . So finally, player can change if one or both tracks will be playing.

I am creating level sequencer by “Create Level Sequence Player” so I have reference for Sequence Player. I can play it but I didn’t find any way how to access to individual tracks.
