Before 4.15 we had montage being played in level sequencer. Now they do not show up in the dropdown anymore.
You can drag them in, but this will only lead to tpose being played.
Our case is where we have a character that you meet ingame (she runs an “idle” montage) and as you come close we start a cinematic where we take control over her and changes her anim. Using montage, we would get nice blend in the transition. Now that I can not use the montage (since it does not animate), I’ve tried using the animation directly, but this gives no blending. I’ve also tried to use the new weight value in the level sequencer, but this does not seem to care about the animation that was played before the sequencer started, and the animation just pops in.
