Level Select Save

I’m confused.

I’m trying to create an Open World Hub where the player can choose to go into whatever level they want, but I have no idea how to save the individual level scores once the player has completed the level at least once.

So once the player beats each level I want to save:
How long it took the player to beat the level
How many strikes did it take to beat said level
If they discovered all the secrets
And if you beat that level at least once.

The demo I’m working on has at least 12 playable levels not counting the hub and main menu

So anyone know how to do that please?
