Level loading in render despite level visibility track

I am trying to render out a still frame for a project (in UE 5.3), but one of the other levels are loading even though I have it explicitly set to ‘hidden’ in a level visibility track.

The top image (below) shows the level loading during the render, and the other image shows my sequencer setup. Just about pulling out what little hair I have trying to get this one frame rendered out. Any insight as to what i am doing wrong?

Also, the 5.3 sequencer documentation says there should be an option to set a level’s streaming method here, but I have no such option. I have World Composition enabled, could this be why?
