I recently discovered Level Instance and Level Loader. I immediately thought, cool, I can create multiple Levels for my island and maybe bypass the current limit.
Why do I want to do this? Well, I’m thinking of having a player “progression” system where as they increase in experience, I’d expose new Levels for them. Literally a new island but I also want to save their progression.
But, these devices don’t work this way and they aren’t available in UEFN. They are very hard to use in Creative. Could this be something that you add soon?
Basic example: your level is vibrant and healthy, then due to your destroying all the resources you are taken to a new level, but brand new players to your Island start in the vibrant level (not the desolate level).
I don’t want to make a huge level that is blocked off and just teleport people to different regions in my island. Plus that would kill memory allocation. I’m also trying to bypass memory allocations.
