Can anyone verify whether Level Instances work with MRQ? I’m seeing another post, getting the same results. Keyframes work fine in sequencer/viewport, but rendering with MRQ results in no transform keyframes.
Give it a try, new level > add a few static meshes > select > Outliner - Level - Create Level Instance. Add new level instance to level .
Then, add to sequencer, keyframe a transform and send to MRQ.
Seems that it appears correctly in the viewport but does not render in MRQ.
If the Level Instance is part of a world partition map and its ‘Level Behavior’ is Embedded, then the Level Instance actor is not part of PIE/Cook, we embed its content into the map.
Thanks Shaun but can you tell me more about the requirements for the Instance rendering in the Movie Render Queue? I understand that there is a relationship with the World Partition, it would seem that the solution is there is not a solution, based on your response.
Can you explain this embedding process so that I can arrive at a solution? Or are you saying that this is not supported in any case for PIE?
