Level from one OBJ-file

How create level from one OBJ-file with 50k triangles.
If in Blender before export create 2nd UV for lightmap islands is overlapping.
If in UE4.27 when import checked Generate Ligtmap UV islands is overlapping also.
If in UE4.27 for this OBJ-file override lightmap res to 2048 got 10Mb texture size not needed.
If production building ligtmap for station directionlightcomponent build then got wave lightmap or movable directionlightcomponent light got stairs lightmap.
If split OBJ-file to some 20k triangles parts got also.

How create level with one OBJ-file with 50k-triangles without island ligtmap overlapping for station directionlightcomponent.
