Level blueprint broken

Hi,

I can’t open my level blueprint

i have this problem only with level blueprint. Indeed, other blueprint works.
I tried to create a new project and unistall/reinstall but i have always this black sreen.

Hello,

I have a few questions:

  • How are you opening the level blueprint?
  • Are you working on Windows or Mac?
  • If windows, could you provide your dxdiag?

Hi,

I open the level blueprint with the menu in the top of the editor.
I work on windows but how i can found the dwdiag ?

To get your DxDiag, open the start menu, type in DxDiag, and when the window appears click the Save All Information button in the bottom right of the window.

Once you do this, it will allow you to save it as a text file. When you have saved the text file please attach it to your next comment and I can take a look.

Have you ensured that your graphics card drivers are fully up to date? If you haven’t checked in a while I’d recommend updating them to see if this resolves the issue.

Ok my bad that was that. I have update drivers on chipset and graphic card, restart the computer and now it works ! Thanks

I will try it but i bought my computer 3 mounths ago.
