Assuming this is for UE4 development.
- the CPU is OK, a threaded one would be nice to have, though
- Radeon™ RX 560 4GB is quite dated by today’s standards, and you WILL need more vRAM badly, especially at 4k!
- 32GB RAM is spot on
- that 5400RPM HDD is a relic of the past and should not be used for anything else than long-term storage
- the 256GB SSD will fill up very quickly, and accessing the HDD will be painfully slow and a bottleneck
tl;dr: much better video card and a large SSD
