After logging out of a world in the game, if you have balloons on an object, once logging back in they no longer work.
Steps to Reproduce
go into world take an object put balloons on it to where it will float, then log out of the world and log back in
Expected Result
the balloon function will no longer work
Observed Result
balloon function does not work
