Is it legally permissible to use and publish weapon models from Fortnite within UEFN?

Is it permissible under trademark law to use Fortnite models in a Fortnite Porting app, transfer them into Blender, then import them into UEFN and publish the island? I am concerned about the possibility of getting banned after publishing.

Im not sure, Maybe to be on the safe side, i’d just use the mannequin device, which allows you to use specific models and apply animations to them without risking anything. i’d say the models are copyrighted, but im not even sure if you’re allowed to take them from the game files.
