Legal advise before shipping || for someone who thinks language of law is the language of aliens

Let’s say i have game ready to be published, I visited release your game page
( Release and Royalty Tracking Guidelines - Unreal Engine )

There I Saw a section Titled ( Product checklist prior to shipping )

First point in checklist is EULA which says ( Write a EULA for your product that explicitly disclaims any representations, warranties, conditions, and liabilities related to the Unreal Engine. Here is some example language. On release your game web page [ Example Language ] is a hyperlink with the link ( http://cdn2.unrealengine.com/BrandingMedia/Documents/Stand-alone-Disclaimers-and-Limitation-of-Liability-1565796293.docx ) ).

I will say that you visit the page ( Release and Royalty Tracking Guidelines - Unreal Engine ) yourself to see what i’m talking about.
So you visited the page and read the section titled ( Product checklist prior to shipping )

Here’s my Questions

Question 1 :: How do i write EULA with no knowledge of law?
Question 2 :: Where should i put EULA on my project? is credit screen is ok?

Epic give you an example EULA, which you can edit.

When you publish the game, for example on Steam, they have a section where you can specify the EULA, and show it to the user before installing the program.

Got it, thanks.

Example : If you use this product you see your soul in me without refund

It always says that on page 19, they know you’ve tuned out by then.

Typically also a binding clause related to your first born…
