Left side Mesh distorting in control rig

I created a control rig using default quinn character and a custom character from sketchfab. Both are having this issue where the left limbs (shoulder bone and thigh bone possibly) stretches when rotating or moving any parent bone. Things i have tried/checked

  • setting offset tranform from current and making sure I only move shape transform
  • aplying bone transform to control transform
  • changing weight affect in control rig blueprint which decreases the effect but still distorts

Every other bone is working fine with the same setup. Please help ;(
