Learning UE5

Hello all, I am trying to learn UE5 for a game my brother and I are working on. Both of us have a bit of coding experience and are willing to learn just about anything. What is the/are some of the best resources for learning? Should I pay for a class such as Unreal Sensei? I understand that UE5 is newer and does not have nearly as many resources as UE4. I tried looking through the documentation here: Adding Components to an Actor | Unreal Engine 5.0 Documentation , but noticed that it is missing particular things, such as the guide in the page I linked. Also, should I consider using a different engine? A lot of indie devs I’ve watched interviews from use unity.

Thank you for your time!
