Layered Blend per Bone twists upper body too much

For 2 animations blended with a Layered Blend per Bone, it seems that I may need to offset/rotate the pelvis. Anyone know how I should approach that or what to do? I blended an idle ironsights with a hip fire jog to get an ironsights jog…and my manny is aiming too far left when jogging. Lower half of body the hips/pelvis of the hipfire jog are straight on, where the ironsights (from a walk based tilt) the hips/pelvis are turned some to the right. When blended at spine_01, I get the jog hips and ironsight upper (exactly what I want) but when jogging, the guns/arms turn and aim to far to the left.
