[FONT=Trebuchet MS]You can get it right away from our website LAVA DESERT LANDSCAPE.
Four can be painted, while it generates four additional ones via masks inside the material. you could add more if you dig into the ground master material, all major notes use material functions. Drop down a new detail function with you new texture inputs and hook it up to the blend stacks.
We’re working on a proper release video at the moment.
Sure we will release to the marketplace but Epic hasn’t even released our Redwoods yet. They have been sitting on it for two months now without a response.
So no idea when it will be available via the Marketplace. But in addition to our MAWI Store we will release on CGTrader and Cubebrush as well next week.
All the slopes/rocks/lava details have proper collisions. The landscape uses displacement for some smaller details which we offset so there should only be minimal intersection with the actual collision surface of the landscape.
The sides of the mountains is a different story there are some areas with larger offsets since UE4 doesn’t support proper collisions with deformed surfaces.
We have added a function to the landscape materials where you can decrease the mountain side displacement on distance with a large falloff. So the closer you get the lower the displacement will be to support proper collisions.
thanks for reply. Can you make demo with a walkable character in there? I bought a previous previous terrain packs, they are not usable because of it. I have to push the bump down so much/
Note: large displacements have been turned off to compensate for UE4 lack of collision with displacement offsets on landscapes.
There are still minor intersections with the ground because of the detail displacement and the grass tool assets, since they have no option for collision in UE4.
You can tweak all the offsets and displacement amounts per layer via the landscape material.
