Launder screen all black no errors of anykind

Can’t ‘see’ what is going on, if anything , trying to start launcher here in windows 7, so here are the logs and dxdiag stuff:

Btw UE4 WORKS great on my Desktop which I have no access to atm, hence this attempt.
