Launching sample project fails

I have just download UE4 and try to make my first steps.
I downloaded the sample project ‘Stylized’ from the marketplace, built it and try to launch it on Windows 7 64 bit.

The launch fails with an error message:
LogPlayLevel:Display: Program.Main: ERROR: No files found to deploy for C:\Program Files\Unreal Engine\4.4\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\PhysX\APEX-1.3\Win64\VS2012 with wildcard *.dll and exclusions System.String[]

It is true that a folder ‘VS2012’ does not exist in the indicated path, only a folder’Vs2013’.

Here is the log file

What can I do about this?

I also only have the VS2013 folder, because we only use VS2013.
I don’t really know whats happening there.

Have you changed something before building it?
Does it run inside the editor?

I have 6 files in this 2013 folder. Don’t know why he is checking for 2012 for you :X

I did not change anything, just downloaded, tried it in the editor (where it works), and pressed launch.
