Did you try to delete your cache and these example builds? Sometimes a clean project without any older build versions / Cache data makes a big difference

On XIAOMI Devices, we have a option called “Install via USB”, maybe you have also to activate something like this on your phone, but first of all delete your cache etc
EDIT: Make a BACKUP before deleting something
