Launching executables made from UE5 using nDisplay

Earlier I used to run exe file from nDisplay launcher and listener in UE4.26 but with UE5, I was facing some issue so , I used UE5 to create a build and then with the help of a batch file I was able to run the executable with an Ndisplay config file ,

But the issue I am facing is inputs etc… is working in the editor but not in the executable
