Why not the context menu of an Unreal version (within the launcher), not having an option of “Release Notes”. it would be very easy for users to check fixes and features per version. Which usually super critical for mid:big teams when they switch different projects between versions.
At the other hand, this would make it better for future users than browsing forums for the correct thread, and its correct post for an X version.
