I’m stuck at please wait I even left it open overnight to see if it would load but it didn’t. all it says is we are currently experiencing connection issues and are retrying. that is all it says for the past day

I’m sorry to hear that your having trouble. Please try the troubleshooting steps here. Specifically, try adding the following exception to your firewall or router:
xmpp-service-prod.ol.epicgames.com port 5222
If this does not help, please follow the steps here to generate your DxDiag and debug logs and we will continue to look into the issue for you.
