Launcher stops downloading Marketplace content exactly after 25 seconds

UAC Enabled

I have this weird issue that downloading automatically stops exactly after 25 seconds. I always have to select Download again and again to redownload and it stops after 25 seconds. Please help me to fix this issue.

Restarting PC fixed this issue.
